OHRV
The Town of Windsor Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on:
- The proposed OHRV connector route utilizing the state roads of Windsor Road and Black Pond Road, per HB113 (soon to be RSA 215-A:10, IV, (e) (effective August 3, 2026)).
- The proposed OHRV connector utilizing the Class V and Class VI Town of Windsor roads, as follows: Bagley Pond Road, Campbells Gore, Dodge Hill Road, Hannah Curtis Road, Liberty Farm Road, Loverns Mill Road, Miller Road, North Star Road, White Pond Road, White Pond Extension, Windsor Mountain Road.
